These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of armsrunflats.com and the technical and commercial information made available through the website.

1. Website Operator

Nylcom S.A. de C.V., operating under the commercial identity ARMS — Advanced Runflats Mobility System.

Corporate operations are based in Mexico.

Specific transaction documentation, such as a quotation, purchase order or agreement, may contain additional commercial conditions.

2. Purpose of the Website

The website provides information about ARMS Runflat systems, applications and technical enquiry opportunities.

It is intended primarily for professional, commercial, technical, fleet, security, armoured, heavy-duty and specialised vehicle enquiries.

3. No Online Contract of Sale

This website is informational and enquiry-based. No purchase contract is created merely by visiting the site, and information published here does not by itself constitute an offer, quotation, binding technical specification or contract for the sale of an ARMS product.

Using the enquiry form or sending a WhatsApp enquiry does not constitute a purchase.

Final compatibility, specification, quotation, price and commercial terms must be separately confirmed. Any supply is subject to:

• technical assessment;
• compatibility confirmation;
• applicable product specification;
• quotation;
• commercial terms;
• separate agreement where applicable.

4. Technical Information and Specifications

Product descriptions, photographs, performance references, application examples and technical figures are provided for general information.

Actual compatibility and performance depend on factors including:

• selected ARMS configuration.

Only the specification formally issued for the applicable project/configuration should be relied upon for final technical requirements.

5. Performance References

References such as “up to 80 km”, speed references and load-capacity figures apply only under the conditions and configurations described in the corresponding technical documentation.

They are not universal guarantees.

Distance and speed values must not be interpreted as automatically simultaneous.

6. Testing and Certification References

References to FINABEL 20 A 5 describe testing or documentation associated with applicable ARMS configurations.

They must not be interpreted as universal:

• EU type approval;
• EU homologation;
• regulatory approval;
• certification for every vehicle;
• certification for every configuration.

The applicable test documentation should be requested for the specific project.

7. Vehicle Compatibility

ARMS products must be selected based on the actual vehicle, wheel, tyre, load and intended application.

Information on the website should not be used as the sole basis for selecting, modifying or installing a Runflat system.

Technical assessment is required.

8. Installation and Use

Installation, inspection and maintenance should follow the applicable technical documentation and be performed by appropriately qualified personnel where required.

9. Intellectual Property

ARMS branding, logos, product names, website design, original text, photographs, diagrams and technical documents are protected under applicable Mexican intellectual property and copyright law, and other applicable legislation, with rights belonging to their respective owners or used under authorisation. No specific registration is asserted here.

No reproduction, commercial redistribution or modification is permitted without appropriate permission.

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• attempt unauthorised access;
• interfere with site operation;
• introduce malware;
• scrape the site in a way that disrupts service;
• misuse forms;
• impersonate another person;
• use website content unlawfully.

11. Third-Party Links

Third-party links may be provided for convenience. ARMS does not control external websites.

12. Website Availability

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable Mexican law, and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.

ARMS operates principally on a business-to-business, technical and specialised vehicle basis. Where a supplier-consumer relationship applies under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor, these Terms are to be read consistently with that law; this does not imply that every operation constitutes a consumer relationship.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Notice, issued primarily under applicable Mexican data-protection legislation. Cookie and storage practices are described in the Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

ARMS may update these Terms as the website, services or legal requirements change.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Mexican States. The governing law, competent jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions applicable to an individual commercial transaction may be further defined in the corresponding quotation, purchase order, agreement or other contractual documentation, subject always to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
