This Privacy Notice (Aviso de Privacidad) explains how personal data is handled when you visit armsrunflats.com or use the enquiry form to contact ARMS — Advanced Runflats Mobility System.

The enquiry form on this website does not send emails, save submissions in our backend, or store data in a database. Instead, it prepares a WhatsApp message locally in your browser using the information you enter, then opens WhatsApp so you can review and confirm the message before sending it. ARMS receives your information only when you voluntarily send the message through WhatsApp.

1. Applicable Legal Framework

This Privacy Notice is issued primarily under Mexican data-protection law, including the applicable Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, its Reglamento to the extent it remains applicable, and other Mexican provisions in force relating to privacy notices and the protection of personal data.

Where, due to the location of the data subject, the nature of the operation or the international scope of the processing, additional foreign legislation becomes applicable, ARMS will address the corresponding mandatory obligations. This Notice does not assert full compliance with any foreign regime, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, unless and until such compliance has been formally confirmed.

2. Responsible Party (Responsable)

Nylcom S.A. de C.V., operating under the commercial identity ARMS — Advanced Runflats Mobility System, is the responsible party for the processing of personal data received through ARMS communication channels in accordance with applicable Mexican data-protection legislation.

3. Personal Data We Collect

The enquiry form may ask you to enter the following information solely to compose the WhatsApp message in your browser:

  • first name;
  • last name;
  • company;
  • country;
  • business email;
  • phone;
  • vehicle make;
  • vehicle model;
  • vehicle year;
  • tyre size;
  • wheel size;
  • application;
  • message / requirements;
  • technical metadata strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website;
  • regional contact selection, where applicable.

This information is not transmitted to ARMS's servers, stored in our database or sent by email when you press the form button. It is only shared with ARMS if and when you choose to send the pre-filled message in WhatsApp.

ARMS does not intentionally request sensitive personal data through the enquiry form. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

4. Primary / Necessary Purposes

  • prepare a pre-filled WhatsApp message for your technical enquiry;
  • help you provide the vehicle and application details ARMS needs to respond;
  • display the contact option selected by the user (region/channel).

Because the message is composed locally in your browser and sent through WhatsApp, ARMS does not automatically receive, store or process the form data in its own systems when you press the form button.

5. Secondary / Optional Purposes

The enquiry form does not currently collect any consent for marketing or other secondary purposes; it is used exclusively to prepare your technical enquiry message for WhatsApp. No commercial consent is captured through this website.

If you voluntarily send us your data through WhatsApp or other channels and ARMS later wishes to use it for occasional technical, commercial or product communications, your corresponding consent will be requested at that time. Marketing is optional, unbundled and is never a condition for submitting a technical enquiry. You may object to or withdraw from secondary purposes at any time.

6. Required and Optional Information

Fields marked with * are required because they are necessary to compose a useful WhatsApp message. Other fields are optional but may help ARMS assess the appropriate Runflat configuration. Failure to provide required information may prevent ARMS from responding effectively.

The form only collects the information; the actual sending takes place when you confirm the message in WhatsApp.

7. Limitation of Use and Disclosure

You may request that ARMS limit the use of any personal data you have sent to us through WhatsApp or other channels, or that you have otherwise shared with us, by writing to business@armsrunflats.com with the words “Limit use”, “Limit disclosure” or “No marketing” and the contact details you used. Requests are processed as provided by applicable law.

8. ARCO Rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), and revoke your consent where legally applicable, by sending a request to business@armsrunflats.com. The request may be submitted by the data subject or their legal representative and should include:

  • the name of the data subject;
  • a means to receive notifications;
  • proof of identity and, where applicable, of representation;
  • a clear description of the personal data involved;
  • the ARCO right being exercised;
  • any information that helps locate the personal data.

These rights apply to personal data that is in ARMS's possession or control. Because the enquiry form does not store data on our website, ARCO requests will generally concern information you have sent to ARMS through WhatsApp or other channels. ARMS will communicate its determination within a maximum of 20 days from receipt of the request and, where the request is well founded, will implement it within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended only where legally permitted, and such extension will be notified to you. Identity verification may be requested where reasonably necessary.

9. Access by Third Parties, Processors and Transfers

When you confirm and send the pre-filled message, the information is transmitted through WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and/or its affiliates (including WhatsApp Ireland Limited). WhatsApp processes the message under its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply independently of this Notice.

ARMS does not use the enquiry form to send data to email service providers, backend databases or hosting providers. The form itself runs in your browser and does not transmit your data to ARMS's servers when you press the button.

If you later send personal data to ARMS through WhatsApp or other channels, that data may be accessible to internal ARMS personnel responsible for technical and commercial enquiries, and to service providers acting under ARMS's instructions, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Where a transfer requires your consent under applicable legislation, such consent will be requested before the transfer is carried out. Transfers that do not require consent under applicable law may be carried out within the limits established by that law.

10. How Long We Keep Personal Data

The enquiry form does not store personal data on the website. ARMS retains only the information that you voluntarily send through WhatsApp or other channels, for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain any resulting business relationship, comply with applicable legal obligations, preserve limitation periods, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

11. Security Measures

ARMS applies administrative, technical and physical security measures intended to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Sensitive security implementation details are not disclosed publicly, and no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website does not currently install analytics, advertising or non-essential tracking technologies. In particular, no Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, TikTok Pixel or advertising trackers are deployed. Only storage strictly necessary for the operation of the site — such as the local storage of your regional contact selection — is used. For details, see our Cookie Policy. If tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Notice and the Cookie Policy will be updated before activation where legally required.

13. Automated Decision-Making

ARMS does not currently use personal data submitted through this website to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. This Notice will be updated before any such functionality is deployed.

14. Children's Data

This website and ARMS products are intended for professional, commercial and specialised vehicle enquiries and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children through the enquiry form.

15. Changes to This Privacy Notice

Any modification to this Privacy Notice will be published at https://armsrunflats.com/privacy-policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.

16. Authority

Where legally applicable, data subjects may bring the corresponding proceedings before the competent Mexican authority in matters of protection of personal data, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, in accordance with applicable legislation.
